Terms and Conditions for Communications by Innoworld with Existing and Potential Customers

Innoworld agrees to identify itself in all telephone communications with you.

You agree to receive telephone calls from Innoworld at the telephone number you provide to Innoworld, even if you have registered this number on a Do-Not-Call list.

Innoworld agrees to provide you with a means to opt out of receiving further communications from Innoworld to the telephone number you provide.

You agree to receive telephone calls from Innoworld for the purpose of marketing and answering questions you have about Innoworld’ products and services.

If the telephone number you provide to Innoworld is for a cellular telephone or “smart phone”, you agree to receive telephone calls and text messages from Innoworld at that number.

You agree to receive e-mails from Innoworld advertising Innoworld’ products and services at the e-mail address you provide to Innoworld.

Innoworld agrees to provide in any e-mails advertising Innoworld’ products and services a means for you to opt out of receiving further such e-mails from Innoworld.

You expressly agree to receive communications from Innoworld at the telephone number you provide that advertise Innoworld’ products and services and which may be placed by an automatic telephone number dialing system.

You expressly agree to receive telephone communications at the telephone number you provide that contain pre-recorded messages from Innoworld concerning Innoworld’ products and services, and Innoworld agrees to provide a means for you to opt out of receiving future pre-recorded messages from Innoworld.

Innoworld agrees that your express consent to receive communications by telephone marketing Innoworld’ products and services under these Terms and Conditions is not a condition of your purchase of Innoworld’ products and services.

You agree to receive calls from Innoworld’s employees and contractors, as well as from third-party companies placing calls on behalf of Innoworld in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and you agree to the recording of calls to or from you for quality of service and training purposes.
